Once Human Weapon Tier List

Once Human’s gun fantasy is “a hundred blueprints.” The useful fantasy is five damage tags: Shrapnel, Bounce, Unstable Bomber, Frost Vortex, and Burn. This list ranks weapons by those tags for 2026 Manibus PvE (silos, monoliths, Prime War). PvP notes sit at the bottom and on the PvP build page. Raw tooltip DPS lies. SOCR Last Valor looks modest on paper and deletes bosses because Shrapnel pellets keep hitting. Rank the effect, then the platform (AR, sniper, bow, LMG, pistol).

S-tier — craft these first

SOCR ‘Last Valor’ (Shrapnel AR). The default best PvE gun for a reason. Mid damage, 30-round mag, Shrapnel souvenir mods, Lonewolf armor. If you own nothing, pity toward this family. Full sockets: Shrapnel build.

SN700 Finale (Shrapnel sniper). The clip-farm king in current creator showcases (nightmare shield melts when calibration, hide perks, and food line up). Harder to use than the SOCR in chaotic rooms; worth it for boss windows.

Compound Bow (Bounce). Best new-player ranged option that still scales. Bounce chains trash and bosses. DualSense players often prefer it. Loadout: Bounce build.

KVD ‘Boom! Boom!’ (Burn LMG). 100-round magazine, burn plus AoE, silo trash king. Slightly hungrier on ammo discipline. See burn notes in builds.

A-tier — excellent if they drop

• DE.50 Jaws ‘Unstable Bomber’ — pistol that plays like a special. Falcon set, Reckless Bomber mods. Burst windows, not a spray gun.
• AWS.338 ‘Bullseye’ — PvE pick for weak spots; the PvP sniper when you add Hunter’s Perk.
• KAM ‘Abyss Glance’ — Frost Vortex AR, 40-round, PvP menace and a respectable PvE elemental.
• Recurve Crossbow — almost never a primary. Almost always a secondary for Bull’s Eye / mark spreading.
• R500 ‘Memento’ — pistol that can rival sniper burst if you live on weak spots.
• Critical Pulse (crossbow) — one-shot potential, high mechanical demand.

TEC-9 variants, PDW-90 Holographic Resonance, QBZ / QBJ Unstable Bomber, SKS Pathfinder, and M416 Frost Vortex rotate in and out of A depending on the lunar mod shop. If a video from this week says a specific calibration is cracked, believe the tag (Shrapnel/Bounce/Frost) more than the skin name.

B-tier — story and public events

Most assault rifles without a strong tag, early shotguns, and melee that is not on a dedicated Blast set. Use them to finish Manibus tasks. Convert extras into XP for your S-tier family. Melee can feel great in the open world and still lack silo scaling — do not six-star a bat because a montage said so.

C-tier — collection and memes

Grey tutorial guns, duplicate SMGs you will never calibrate, and limited cosmetics with no damage tag. Keep one for the museum. Feed the rest.

PvP exceptions

Prismverse and RaidZone reward time-to-kill and info, not silo burn. AWS.338 Bullseye, KAM Abyss Glance, and a DE.50 secondary with Hunter’s Perk out-click a Shrapnel AR that is tuned for boss enrage. Mini Wonder and other PvP Deviants matter as much as the gun — PvP builds.

How to use this list this week

1. Pick Shrapnel or Bounce if you are new (getting started).
2. Spend Starchrom on that family only (Wish Machine).
3. Socket the matching armor and a Deviant.
4. Recheck after patch notes if a tag gets nerfed.
